We purchased a sympathy arrangement for our Grandmother's funeral held in a different state two days before the viewing. Not only were they not there for the viewing when we arrive after a two day drive. When we called the customer service, they guaranteed them to be there first thing the next morning. At 1pm, the funeral services commenced and no flowers. This was the second time I used telefloral and the last time the flowers arrived a week late. Never again.
