“Customer service brilliant!”

Ordered several parts for a aquarium and filteration and also a garden shed. The quality of plastic and the price is extremely good! unfortunatly one piece was broken on the corner and one piece was missing. I emailed them about the situation and they was brilliant about it and sent the missing part out the next day and arrived the day after, they refunded the broken piece and gave me free delivery on my next order! overall very good company despite the hick ups.
1)brilliant customer service
2)good quality plastic
3)good prices
4)clear website with a wide range of products!
will be using them again.
