“The worst customer service”

I was waiting on a phone almost for 2 hours to resolve an online banking issue, they kept connecting me to someone else, kept waiting again, finally been told to hang up and dial 1-800 number again. That's a nightmare!
My time is more precious, then dealing with this again!
