I ordered 10 sale items online and only 8 arrived? I contacted customer service immediately and was interogated. I was treated like i was a criminal. They said they couldnt understand why items were missing and they would check with the warehouse. I have kept all shipping labels to comfirm weights. The warehouse have now said all items were despatched even thought weights differ? I cant beleive this treatment. I am a very frequent shopper with Zara and i am now out of pocket by £19.98. Not a fortune .... But i am sure Zara have more money than me. I have taken this up with Zara Head Office but just cant believe its this difficult to get a refund /replacement for items not received (AND PAID FOR).
