“Be careful! No delivery!”

Even if the site seems OK don't get fooled. This firm is a scamer. I made an order of the flowers to be delivered in Luxembourg. It was not delivered at the date of delivery and I wasn't informed about it. Moreover when I checked the status on their site - it was "delivered". My Valentine's Day surprise was ruined!

I learned it from the girl asking a few days later if she got anything or not, of course she didn't.

I wrote and called Floraqueen customer service many times, but no answer at all! Just full ignorance. They hide their call center number I found it on Spanish blog sites. I called it and kindly asked to solve the problem that they did. No apologies, no explanation why.

They told they would call me but noone ever called me back!

Result: Stay away!!!
