Good Points
Teleflora is #1 a Florist, Member Wire Service and Order Clearing house for florists. Canada has approx 2500 member florists, with many more in U.S.A. They send your orders you place to their member Florists to fill. Teleflora a very progressive customer oriented company with a quality service control procedure in place for all their member florists.

Bad Points
By placing an order with Teleflora directly you are receiving the service of someone you have no personal experience to relate to. Teleflora's website has "Find a Florist" link. This will tell you if there is a member florist in the community you want to send to. You really have to look for it.

General Comments
Teleflora also has many of their Member florists who have their own websites, hosted by Teleflora. You can save a lot of money by ordering direct. The shop who untimately fills your order, is the one you deal with.

All flower shops are inundated with orders at Mother's Day, Christmas and Valentine's Day. No Florist can guarantee 100% satisfaction at these periods. If anything, order early.
