“Best Bank Ever ”

I opened up the account in 2011. I got a Prepaid Mastercard and a Current Account. I pay £12.50 a month, for Premier Banking. I can use my card anywhere in the world without any problems.

I was in Thailand in August and money went missing from my Debit Mastercard while I was on holiday. I rang up the customer services and they "then and there" refunded me and then asked me if I needed access to funds, I was able to withdraw enough cash from the machines for my stay, BEFORE they then re-issued a new card.

They said if I need more money they could "FASTER PAYMENTS" to my Wife account instantly.

Their staff are very security concious, so your account is unlikely to compromised, they are professional and do their best to always help you.

Plus if a direct debit bounces, they are the only bank I know, that don't charge you anything.

They are the best bank ever.
