“Rent a room without the hassle ”

This site is very easy to place an ad in and very easy to reply to potential tenants. Also I like the fact that you get regular updates about who has been looking at your advert and you are alerted to a response to your advert by e-mail. I think the offer of a free month of advertising if you don't get a tenant in one month is great. I have never had to advertise for more than a month to get a tenant.
