“Just fantastic customer service”

I have two VPSs with CloudNext, and both have been excellent purchases. I'm a web designer rather than a server tech, but CloudNext have been hugely helpful with all my setup and DNS queries. I usually have questions answered within 10mins, even at nighttime after I've accidentally crashed everything and need urgent help! Couldn't hope for better service - massively impressed!
