centre parcs longleat was a rip off. Accommodation not satisfactory or clean. No towels on arrival shower did not work properly, light bulbs not working. Booked a table at Cafe Rouge restaurant with husband and teenage daughter on site and was not made very welcome by maitre-d who would not let us sit where we wanted to sit on our 24th wedding anniversary and sat us near several screaming babies instead, food was good and waiting on staff very nice. last day on checking out driver would not let my husband on bus with our dog to collect our car. Lots of other stuff happened also which left us with the general impression that centre parcs just dont really care if you have a good holiday but they do care about getting as much money out of you as possible. Go somewhere else.
