“Never received order”

It took them 9 days to finally process my order for posting. When it didnt arrive I emailed them and got a computer generated email in return telling me to wait 20 working days and to check my post office. I did that but still no parcel. I again emailed them and have since got the same computer generated response from them, I've now had 3, they finally emailed telling me to print off an attatched form that was only allowed to be filled in by hand (not typed etc) and must be returned to the within 7 days for them to investigate. They cant even get that right, there was no attachment. Its now been over 6 weeks and all I've got is less money and no customer service. They don't deliver in the 7-10 days as stated, they just take your money.
