I purchased some flowers for my Nans birthday and (luckily) had them delivered to my home address so I could take them around personally. I am so glad I did, as the flowers were appauling. I paid £30 and going by the picture on the website, expecting a lovely bouquet to fill a vase adequately. I was so wrong!! I received a bunch of flowers consisting of fourt oriental liliies and three carnations!!! I could have gone to the local florist or Tesco and paid £5-£10 for the same. Contacted Interflora, no help at all. Had to go out and buy more flowers to make the bouquet look half decent and then rearrange it myself - Should have done that from the start. Do not use Interflora if you expect quality and value for money
