It's not the first time Interflora have messed up my order. I had just ordered my girlfriend roses for valentines day and Interflora sent the wrong flower order. I ordered the dozen red roses and they only delivered 6 of a different order. I was disappointed so I got in touch and they said they would collect the flowers to replace them. My girlfriend thought they were a surprise and put the roses in a vase. The member of staff on the phone said we shouldn't have opened the flowers from the wrap if they were the wrong flowers but how was my girlfriend meant to know as it was a surprise delivery! They were then putting the blame on my girlfriend for signing for the wrong flowers and I find this unacceptable! Was told they would send out 6 roses to make up the 12 but I then received half dead roses and I emailed again to complain that they should have done the honourable thing and send the correct flowers that I ordered as a whole again. But this time they haven't replied and not once apologised other than saying the florist was busy and rushing to get flowers out in time. I have lost faith in this company. Do yourself a favour and buy flowers from a supermarket or something, you get more for your money, know you are getting fresh flowers and it's alot less grief.
