Please avoid ordering your appliances from debenhams . They offer top quality appliances and then get the chuckle brothers to deliver them !!
Ordered 4 appliances at nearly 3k
And they all arrived damaged , one was refused and the others were noticed damaged the next day . I complained to the so called helpline (no helpline more like ) they gave me the run around and after 10 weeks of emailing and ringing to complain they agreed to replace the damaged appliances .
Then to top it all they damaged my floor while delivering them . They had no paperwork and didn't know they had goods to pick up . They offer me £100 for my inconvenience and. £150 to cover tradesmen costs
what does the CEO do when I complain directly to him ??
Nothing just ignores my complaint !!!
