Was with Bupa international for 8 years and then switched to Bupa UK for 5 months and decided to go back to bupa international.
i became unexpectedly pregnant about a month after and i was very surprised to find out that i had lost my maternity cover because they considered me as a "New" customer.
ever since i have been back to what has now been rebranded Bupa Gloabl, they are fiding every excuse not to pay for my claims.

it is as if the whole 8 years that i have been paying them about £300/ month has been completely scrapped off as if it didn't exist.

There service has also worsened. i wonder if the new CEO  has any idea how terrible Bupa has become!
I am looking for a new insurance and will switch soon.
