“dont like the cold calling but customer care is 5 star...”

I do get annoyed at the amount of cold calling on behalf of free from 3rd party sales companies

The actual customer care levels for the customers though are 5star I have been a VERY happy customer for over 5 years

I like the unlimited 3g/4g & holiday happy at no extra charge 10/10

Network Reliability & Coverage 8/10

Sales Calls Don't like the cold calling - 5 points

Cost of package / value for money 8/10

overall I cant fault the service or value I am a happy customer
