Purchased the CATA UBECT60 electric hob in August 2013, it failed just 4 months after light use. The engineer has been out to fix the hob 4 times, each time he has the same pathetic look on his face as CATA insist he replaces the same part over and over again. CATA will not replace the hob as they say "there is no defined SLA in getting this fixed", so we just have to wait until either a miracle is produced or the hob fixes itself. SO, Dear CATA firstly your product is rubbish and your customer services are even worse, you might as well outsource to India as at least the Indians are polite. PLEASE stick this where the sun no longer shines
