“Horrible and conning don't order from this company”

My mrs told me about this company and i ordered 3 and 2 seater sofas which was the biggest mistake I made first when it arrived it was damaged but we thought the delivery guys damage it so phoned the office and was told they can have a engineer come over and pach it up which I didn't agree because I didn't pay so much money on a new sofa to be pach up,I asked if they can send me a replacement said yes but no one assured me I would get a undamage sofa so I returned it they pick it up after 3 weeks they sent me bubble wrap a bloody giant size one and another delivery of tape and bags in the mean time I was using the sofas because I have chucked my old one and that's when I realize it was a very poor quality and disgusting but my nightmares wasn't over because when the delivery guy's turned up they couldn't take the sofas out they wasn't exprinced as the other ones,they also damaged my door panels almost broke my chandelier and left without the sofas when I told them there damaging my property,I had a argument with the driver he was rude a shouting I had my kid and my wife in the house so got angry and told him to get out, phoned up the office again because the guys left the sofas little stickyin out the door and told them I was going to break the sofa if someone doesn't come back and take it in half an hour lucky I already had my refund back in my account and finally the guy's came back and unwrapped the sofas and took it also some at the office told me they would send a engineer to come and fix the damage they caused but it's been two weeks no sign of anyone contacting me ,if anyone's up for the pain and nightmares I went through then go ahead and use this company,I am sure I will never ever use this company again.
