“Selftrade migration to Equitini”

The transfer of Selftrade business to Equitini is an ongoing nightmare: 2 months late, ferocious access problems, & bank transfers in/out of clients' own bank a/c blocked. How bad can this get? Equitini give no assurances on fees beyond a year's grace: they have ISA fees (.5% pa to a max of £75+VAT I think).
