“the best thing we ever did!”

Years of getting nowhere with the previous management company and a building that was going to ruin with holes in the roof, ever increasing service charges and no response to correspondence left us in despair...until we discoverered urban owners. They made the whole rtm process manageable and liased between us and the leaseholder. The only disappointment was that as the property was so far from London we were unable to take advantage of the full management package. If you are getting inadequate service from your management company I would fully recommend going down the rtm route and should you choose this I would recommend urban owners to oversee this process .
