First time we had used Essential Travel, for a 1 night stay and 4 days parking at Gatwick. When we arrived we found that I had booked the wrong date and were 1 day early. The receptionist phoned Essential Travel to see if the booking could be changed (I was expecting to have to pay re-arrangement fees - at least). Essential Travel agreed to change the boking for free within 5 minutes. Thanks Essential Travel for a hastle free start to our weekend break.
