I ordered 2 bouquets in November to be sent to Austria. The quality and quantity was way below standard. Nothing like the picture and for what I paid it was very expensive.
When I complained I was given excuses about the fact I should have complained within 7 days. What Interflora fail to recognise is they are selling products to express joy or sadness between ourselves. People receiving are not likely to comment to the sender about any issues, they are just going to say thank you. As a Manager of a Hospitality company for over 25 years what I can say is Inteflora have alot to learn. I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone else.
