“Monthly saving of £240”

I told them my aim was to extend my mortgadge to saving on outgoings
I am 46 and my husband is 63. So because my husband is 63 it was impossible to extend the term of my mortgadge longer than 7 years.
He was able to get a mortgage just in my name and extend the term to 12 years and also add some money to pay off my loan and a couple of thousand extra for home improvement .
I was paying £636 mortgadge and £131 loan and now I will only be paying £527 saving £240 per month.
He was friendly and explained things so it was easy to understand and very efficient
We are really pleased with what he has done for us
