Good Points
I was given a full set of Meyer stainless steel non-stick professional cookware in 2000.
Bad Points
Within four years the non-stick coatings had started to fail, even though all my utensils were either wood or plastic. I returned the cookware to Meyer (at my cost) only to have them returned to me as not faulty as I had "misused" them. I wrote to the Meyer Managing Director over 6 weeks ago and still no reply.
General Comments
I would treat Meyer's 10 year guarantee with much suspicion. I will probably have to resort to a claim via the Small Claims Court to resolve this issue. Of note is Meyer is now part of the Prestige Group so I would be wary of all the brands under their umbrella as well as if they fail to honour a Meyer guarantee I expect they will fail to honour other brands.
