Bad Points
They refuse to honour Statutory Rights, Customer Service is the worst that I have ever seen. Basically they will sell you defective products then refuse to accept them back and you are stuck with them

General Comments
I was sold a Sony Vaio Laptop which failed straight from the box. Great Universal refuse to allow the product to be returned even though this is a breach of statutory rights and have been very unhelpful (obstructive) ever since. Please warn people reading this never to buy any electronic goods from this company.
