Good Points
Beautiful to look at, excellent heat conduction, even cooking.
Bad Points
The handles of both the pan and the lid conduct heat as efficiently as the pan, and quickly become unusable. Expensive.
General Comments
Cookware that is as expensive as Mauviel Cookware could and should be engineered to have safe and effective handles. I'll go with All-Clad in the future.
