Put in touch with wheelies after our bikes were stolen,
wheelies called us on a daily basis, although it was during hours I'd explained we couldn't be contacted due to work, which wasn't unreasonable as it was only until 3pm. when we called back we had to leave messages as nobody was available to speak to, only to be called during unavailable hours again! When we did get to speak to someone we had the same questions asked on multiple phone calls. Very frustrating. It took a lot longer to process the claim than it should have.
When the bike arrived we were happy with them just wish the process was better
