“Friendly and helpful”

This is the second time we have used Qwerty and like before the service is helpful and polite. We dealt with an agent who made a note of ALL our requirements, including budget and then promised to call us back with a few suggestions. This he duly did and all would have been suitable. Once we settled on a choice, which took a few days, he double checked with the hotel in question and adjusted flights for us and that was that. All very satisfactory, and a simple and pleasant experience. Happy to recommend and use again.
