“Terrible communication”

I ordered and paid for a single item. I arrived no problem. I then asked for a quote for a bulk order and after one email asking for clarification I have not heard a thing. Nothing at all. I have since emailed them on four, yes four, separate occasions and heard nothing back. It is embarrassing for me as I was obtaining the quote on behalf of a client. There are so many other companies selling their product range I really wish I had picked a different company.
