“Bad workmanship”

Late August 2014 I sent my toyota car to Solus in wednesbury for repairs. The car was returned some 3 weeks later,and on examination I refused to accept the car as certain damage had not been repaired. It was returned a week later, repaired. :During January 2015 the roof trims began to peel away which required attention at a Toyota garage. I did not return the vehicle to Solus as I felt they were incapable of fitting them correctly in the first place. As a result of the standard of work carried out by Solus, I have changed my insurance company because I did not to want to think that any future claim by me would be dealt with by Solus repair centres. It is my opinion that they have these fantastic web sites claiming all types of workmanship standards, but are totally unable to carry any of these claims to fruition.
