Ordered Purity Orchids from Interflora on Monday evening for delivery by courier on Wednesday for my wife's 60th, they eventually turned up at 5pm Thursday. I complained on Wednesday by email and was given an automated reply. Checked the website on Thursday at 13.30 and the order tracking said they had been delivered, which was wrong. Customer servile replied at 10.30 on Thursday and just referred me to terms and Cond which state that they do not guarantee any delivery. The Interflora website advertises order by 2pm for same day delivery but T&C does not guarantee this. I phoned customer no reply on a premium rate and got shunted round the automated response system until the final message where they were all too busy dealing with other complaints to answer mine, I gave up after 11 minutes waiting. Why do I have to pay to complain to a shoddy company about their ineptitude? I also ordered from bunches.co.uk at the same time and they were delivered on the correct day and at half the price. Guess who I will use in future for flower orders certainly not Ineptaflora
