“I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Grandmother's...”

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Grandmother's 80th and thought Interflora was a good way to go.

I requested a red/autumn shade bouquet with no pink flowers to be delivered on the 7th. I got the "it's on its way" email the day before the requested delivery date so I thought everything was fine.

Then my Mum calls and tells me the bouquet arrived a day late (2 days after it was sent out???) and the flowers were pink! My Grandmother hates pink flowers hence the request. Don't rely on these people for a wedding/funeral.
