“Flawless provider, great customer service”

I consider myself quite computer savvy, but when it comes to the ins and outs of setting up emails, I'm completely lost... I have no idea the difference between IMAP and POP, no idea what SMTP means, can't remember what my passwords are for all the different things I need, etc.

The service provided by the "Live Chat" team is spectacular. I've just spent 87 minutes one-to-one with one of their tech support agents (who answered my "live chat" request INSTANTLY, by the way) and have sorted out getting Thunderbird and Google set up so I can use the former on my main PC (as this is my preferred interface) and the latter out-and-about (I'm really not keen on mobile mail apps, on the whole, but the GMail app is very straightforward).

This was painstaking, as the advanced functions of GMail are very much NOT straightforward, but we got there in the end - I followed instructions for the first few steps but after it got a little bit too techie for me, the tech support representative took over using TeamViewer and we managed to get it all done, changing MX Records, DNS and all the other crazy stuff I don't understand.

Everything is now working perfectly.

I've now been a domain express customer for around 5 years, and this is just one example of consistently superb service. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants help managing their own domain, but isn't completely au fait with how it all works.
