“Poor quality, poor cutomer service”

Bought two bare root trees, and found one was growing, the other was dead. After 3 calls they agreed the tree was dead, but I would have to pay a replacement charge of £9.95 which is what I paid for the tree! They say products are only guaranteed for 30 days, but for a bare root tree there is no growth evident until mid spring, after the 30 day period! So they want me to pay for a replacement that cost me £9.95 in the first place! Joke. Also Indian call centre
