“Lost parcel then had to wait weeks for Insurance”

Booked this service early December. Hermes lost the parcel and even though the insurance claim was agreed on the 29th December as of 13th Jan I have still not had the agreed amount. Now told 20th January. Would not deal with MPD again as customer care is not a word they are familiar with.
