Very poor communication, exorbitant delivery charges and long delivery lead times. We ordered several rugs and other items and it has taken more that 20 days to deliver. There has been no acknowledgement of my written complaints and comments. Customer services are full of excuses and don't resolve problems.

All the signs indicate that this is a company in terminal decline.

I will never order from them again.
