I have just booked my third trip with Destinology and would like to thank Bruce Desmond for his outstanding customer service.What a delightful ,helpful and courteous young man.Each time I speak to Bruce he is so friendly and cannot do enough to help with any information needed.His knowledge is extensive and if he doesn't know the answer he will find out very quickly from one of his colleagues who does.I will be booking more holidays this year with Destinology as a result of the excellent customer service received from Bruce.Well done and many thanks .
