Horrible Company and Horrible Customer Service. I requested my phone to be unlocked last month, my credit card was charged and it never got unlocked. I emailed SEVERAL TIMES to request assistance and it takes days for someone to to even respond to me. My last email when I emailed how to get a refund, NOBODY replied !!!! How CAN I request a refund ?
