Booked my car into Terminal 2 Meet and Greet. Signage not very good.
On Parking the car, We had quite a good walk to the Terminal in the dark and Cold.
On Pick up we had to walk right through the indoor Car park to the office.
We chose the Meet and Greet as we thought it would be convenient as I can't walk very well.
On pick up when we got into the car, Both seats had been adjusted, Heat turned on to
Maximum, air vents were closed, carpet was dirty.
Sorry I never checked the mileage on drop off. Goodness knows where my car had been.
I reported this, they did not want to know.
