Having had a bad experience previous with online booking company, I was wary of booking my Australian trip again this way. After checking reviews I thought I would give Netflights a go. The price was very competitive and they arranged my internal flights also in the one price.
Having a few queries I contacted the company about seating etc, and I got a response immediately solving my query very professionally without the hassle. When my email tickets arrived the next day via email, alas my printer wouldn't work. I sent a mail back explaining my problem and no sooner said than done, they sent me my tickets in the post first class. I would recommend netflights to everyone who is thinking of using this method. Service is excellent, and also to put the icing on the cake I got my travel insurance included at £55 after being quoted by several companies £180 plus.
