“Stay away from this lot.....”

I had a mortgage with these guys for 25 years which has just ended. During the course of the 25 years I found BM the worst people to deal with. They do not care about you. I was once told by one of their advisers we do not have any customers only people how owe them money, and you are treated as such even if you make your payments on time.
They have the worst customer service I have come across and this is consistent year in year out, I should know I dealt with them for 25 years.
If you can avoid dealing with these people please do so....
