I ordered three bed caps from Specialty Linens and they promptly took payment on December 5. Shipment was supposed to be received in 2-15 days. After fifteen business days I tried to contact them. I called. Phone message was that phone was unavailable. I emailed. No response. These bed caps were for a room for my grandsons. Their visit it over. I am really annoyed and I still can't contact them. If there were a minus rating, I would give it to Specialty Linens. Their website is very good quality, and I expected service to match. I wish that I had read all these other complaints before I made my purchase. They would never have received my business.
