I am very VERY impressed with bikes 2 u direct and the Yodel delivery company.i ordered my DAWES DUCHESS ROSES bike on the Friday and it was here on the Monday,the basket was separated from the bike but I emailed bike 2u and they responded with a positive answer within half an hour. The customer service was friendly and positive and true to their word my basket was here the following Monday. I highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again...Heidy bristol uk
