Returning to Austin tx today...first class ticket waited in line to check luggage, have 1st class tticket and computer tells curbside check in to send you inside...waited in line when I was next agent said sorry I have to go on break...got in another line only to have happen again....ok finally checked bags got boarding pass and headed to TSA pre only to have them I must have boarding pass for my dog who I paid 250.00 for his ticket...I did not have to have one on my flight to SFO....anyway back to line get a supervisor who says what I need is a receipt...then 25 minutes later she finally produces one....
So if I must have a receipt why was I not instructed about this when I paid for the ticket....I bought first class ticket and this is the treatment I have gotten...is United attempting to go out of business...
You really need to get you house in order...this was my treatment and I heard many others who were experiencing the same, this is NO way to run an airline.
