My now fiancée proposed with a ring purchased from Vashi. I immediately went ahead to have the ring insured and after a second opinion from a reputable jeweller I learned the diamond is much lower in grade then mentioned on the certificate.
After calling their customer service I was offered an exchange of the diamond. Not a single apology...was asked to simply return the ring for an exchange! It only makes me think they must have known the diamond set to the ring was the wrong one from the beginning!
Will demand a full refund and want nothing to do with Vashi ever again ... but "thank you" for ruining such a special moment! FC
