I have been using Easyspace for many years now, but sadly, I have been moving the services away to an alternative provider because of a number of things.

1. When you sign up for any package, you see a price and what the yearly charge will be. You assume that that is what you will pay thereafter per year.... but that is not the case. Some of the renewal costs are ridiculous, plus if you don't check your portal very often, you can suddenly find that you have you account set to auto renew and you end up paying for services at the rate the have defined and you are stuffed if you don't cancel in time! Not only that, if you do not use auto-renew you are charged a £3.00 + vat fee for service charges...

2. The actual space you receive for mail in this day and age is pretty pathetic. 100MB to share between 10 accounts... Seriously? And for what you are being charged?

I will say that the technical support that I have received through they years has been very good, with the off screw-up, but overall I have been extremely happy with the help I have received.
