For years I though JL cards were marvelouss. NO MORE.
This year I paid for 5 Advent Calendars. Two of them were NEVER sent. I wrote countless complaints about this, going so far as to send an air mail letter to England with absolutely no response.

What is the matter with this company that it will not fulfill its obligations?
It is just plain DISHONEST.
