“Satisfaction is hard to achieve”

I was very satisfied with the service given by Express Solicitors. The claim turned out to be a lengthy affair, due to being more than one company being dealt with by the solicitor. However, I was kept informed all through the process so that I knew exactly where the claim was up to. When I was confused by some of the paperwork, my solicitor was on hand to help, and did not make me feel foolish with my questions. All in all, avery good service with an excellent outcome.
