I would like to the thank the brandalley customer service team for their promt response to my complaint the young man I spoke to was very polite and said they would refund the post and package on my order as I decided to keep my item even though it was going to be later than I would've liked,later that same day I had an email to say the refund was going ahead and two days later the parcel arrived my husband loves the jacket and the quality is great so thank you so much Brandalley
