“Happy Wife”

First contact I had was with Zo who I think is the boss. What a charming person. Went through all the details with me and assured me my intended Christmas present would arrive on time. Made time for a bit of chat even though I am sure she would be busy at this time of year. Case arrived today as expected. Product looks fantastic and I'm sure the wife will be delighted on Christmas morning.
